Power Supplies and Foot Switches: Critical Tattoo warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. Universal and Critical Connect Batteries are warranted for 1 year. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair the item or if repair is not possible, replace the item. Proof of purchase in the form of a sales receipt must be provided for warranty repair. If your power supply or foot switch is beyond the 2 year warranty period, repair options are still available. Repair work does not reset the warranty. Warranty is valid only when sold through a company authorized sales channel. Third party re-sellers such as Amazon and Ebay are not authorized sales channels. Please call for details.

Exclusions: This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements, such as power adapters (covered for 6 months from date of purchase).

Limits of Liability: Should the product fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Critical Tattoo be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, excluding tax and shipping charges. Critical Tattoo disclaims any other warranties, express or implied. By installing or using the product, the user accepts all terms described herein.

Machines: 

Critical Torque machines feature a one-year warranty on all parts to the original purchaser. If you are experiencing performance issues with your Critical Torque, please fill out the repair request form and our team will work with you on a repair or replacement.

Please note the warranty is void if the machine is found to be overlubricated, if the machine has been dropped or fall damage incurred, if the motor has been opened or tampered with, or any other unauthorized repairs made or attempted. Note, due to the nature of the finish, motor, and parts, utilizing non-approved cleaning methods such as autoclaving also voids the warranty. We recommend proper wrapping/bagging of the machine during use, and cold sterilization methods be used such as Madacide or other germicidal agents.

Warranty is non-transferrable and applies only to the original owner with proof of purchase. Critical Tattoo Supply reserves the rights to make exceptions on an individual basis.
