Payment methods We accept: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Paypal, COD (Additional fees apply), money orders, and wire transfer. No checks accepted. (Contact us for wire transfer instructions). COD All COD orders are by phone only and payable by money orders only. No COD to P.O. Boxes. Returned or refused will be subject to a handling and restocking fee, and future orders must be prepaid. COD fee determined by order size.
Return policy Critical Tattoo is committed to delivering the highest quality products undamaged. If you have a problem with your order, please Contact immediately. We have a 30 day return policy (from the original invoice date) on unopened products. Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable. We do not accept returns on used or damaged items. To return product, you will need a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns received without this RMA will not be accepted. We are not responsible for returned packages damaged or lost during shipping – please purchase insurance.
Shipping Information We strive to process and ship all orders the same business day they are received if order is received by 12:00 PM PST. After 12PM PST, they will ship the following business day, so long as the item(s) are in stock. All packages are sent insured and tracking information will be emailed to you upon shipment.
International shipping policy We pride ourselves on catering to an international clientele. We offer multiple shipping and payment options to make it as easy & affordable as possible for you. *Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (Import Fees). Power Supplies: Critical Tattoo warrants your product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the original date of purchase. If you discover a defect in a product covered by this warranty, we will repair at our option using new or refurbished components or if repair is not possible, replace the item. Exclusions: This warranty covers defects in manufacturing discovered while using the product as recommended by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover loss or theft, nor does coverage extend to damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage conditions, lightning, or natural disasters. The warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear replacement requirements, such as power cords. Limits of Liability: Should the product fail, your sole recourse shall be repair or replacement, as described in the preceding paragraphs. We will not be held liable to you or any other party for any damages that result from the failure of this product. Damages excluded include, but are not limited to, the following: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to other equipment, and incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, or inability to use this product. In no event will Critical Tattoo be liable for more than the amount of your purchase price, not to exceed the current list price of the product, excluding tax and shipping charges.
